    open to new achievement experience

    Dear teachers,
I am translating a speech for a scholastic event, but there are way of saying in English which are really difficult to me yet. Please, can you have a look of what I have written? Does it sound good to your English ears?
Thank you for your valuable help!

But on the condition that we succeed in giving you a method, a system, a so free, so open to new achievement experience that would put you at ease.
