    Default close thread by user

I am surprised that each user can close their own thread. Is this feature supported or there is something with my account? I tried with this and well, my thread is closed.

They can be re-opened too. It's open. People can close threads, but they can't delete them. Most leave them open for replies.

Thanks. I closed it by accident. I wonder if it can be re-opened by users not moderators.
