    Apply to/for

    Hello.
I'm writing a letter and I wonder if the sentence below is fully correct.

"I am eager to apply to the MSc Program for fall 2014 at Oxford University under your supervision"

    Thanks.

"I am eager to apply for a place in the MSc Program ..."
There are other ways to fix the sentence, but you're not applying to the program. You're applying to the University, or more specifically, to the Head or Dean of the Science Department or one of their professors.

    Re: Apply to/for

    You apply to a university.
You apply for a course at a university.
You apply to a company for a job.
You apply for a job at a company.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
