    Hi there..


    Which one should i use is Or Are in this sentence?


    "what are/is the differences.....?"

    "what are the differences" is the correct choice

    Kahhong, when in doubt change the question back into a sentence, like this,

    The differences are (what?) / What are the differences?
    => Plural subject (differences) and plural verb (are).

    The difference is (what?) / What is the difference?
    => Singular subject (difference) and singular verb (is).

    Note, "what" is not the subject.
