Default As far as something is concerned, it should be

    Hello guys,

Does this sentence feel natural to you? :

As far as the impact of culture on economic development is concerned, it should neither be downplayed nor overplayed.

Or do you think this is better? :

As far as the impact of culture on economic development is concerned, this impact should neither be downplayed nor overplayed.

Your appreciation is welcome but there is no need to write a new post to say thank you or to quote our posts back to us. Simply click the Like button on any posts you find helpful. It means that we don't have to open the thread again to read your new post and then find that it doesn't include any new information or an additional question.
