Hello [STRIKE]friends![/STRIKE] Unnecessary

What is the differences between "allocate" and "dedicate"?

When do we use "allocate" and when do we use "dedicate"?

Welcome to the forum.

Please look at my amendments to your post above, in red.

Remember to follow the rules of written English:

- Start every sentence with a capital letter.
- Always capitalise the word "I".
- End every sentence with a single, appropriate punctuation mark.

On the forum, make the words you are querying stand out in some way. I have enclosed them in quotation marks above. You can write them in italics or bold, but don't just make them part of your sentence.

Have you looked up both words in a dictionary? What definitions did you find?
