Regarding the above subject we request the honorable consul to grant a two year multiple entry SCHENGEN visa for our General Manager of xxxxx company Mr. xxxxxxxxx, a xxxxx citizen holding passport no. (xxxxxxxx). The purpose for seeking the above visa through your Consulate is to travel to xxxxxx as a first destination. Our company guarantees and takes complete responsibility of all the proceedings and travel expenses.

I disagree entirely with rw6236 that the sentence quoted above is appropriate. That is most certainly not the kind of statement that goes on a formal letter accompanying a visa application. These offices receive hundreds of applications a day. The paperwork needs to be short and to the point. In addition, we simply don't say "in this year 2014". Note that I have also corrected the spacing around the exclamation mark at the end of the sentence.
