[Grammar] Gradable and strong adjectives

Hello! Could you, please, help me with the adjective "frustrating", is it gradable or strong? Coz it sounds like strong, like exaggeration from "disappointed", but I've come across "very frustrating" and "very" is not used with strong adjectives. Or is it gradable? I'm really confused.

Please avoid forms such as 'coz'. We try to use standard English in this forum; the word is 'because'.

Labels such as 'gradable' and 'strong' may be helpful at times, but they are only labels. A thing can be very frustrating, and one thing can be more frustrating than another. That being so, if you need labels, frustrating is not 'strong', but it is 'gradable'.
