Hi,
What's the difference between this three words? When I should use each? Is ther a difference between "put on book" and "lay on book"?

And my other question is when we use "on" and "over" with this words? What's a rule?

"put on book" and "lay on book" are not possible in English. You can put something on a book, or put a book on something.

I suggest you look up the three words in one or two dictionaries here: OneLook: General dictionary sites, Study the example sentences given as well as the definitions. If you still have problems, come back here with specific questions.
