    Which one is correct?
    A. I am going to make it for me or myself? ?
    B. She is going to make it for me or myself??

    Neither A nor B is correct. Here are some correct sentences:
    1. I am going to make it for myself.
    2. She is going to make it for me.

    In your first, did you mean "make it for myself"?
