Your first three examples are identical. Your second three examples are identical. Are you simply asking "Should I write "experienced in this" or "experience in this?"? Even if that is the question, you need to give us some context to work with. Try to write complete sentences which include the fragments you have quoted.

They are deliberately identical because I wanted to point out that I will use that expression many times in form of list.
So, for exapmle:
- experienced in product development;
- experienced in preparing marketing materials;
- experienced in introducing new products into the market;
and
- experience in product development;
- experience in preparing marketing materials;
- experience in introducing new products into the market;
are they all correct?

It depends on what precedes them.

I am experienced in ...
I have experience in ...

Avoid the repetition.

I am experienced in
- product development
- preparation of marketing materials
- introducing new products into the market

I can't answer with full sentence. I have a point in form "Skills and experience:". After that I should list these things. That is why I ask whether there should be in this listing expression "experienced in" or "experience in".

As experience is given in the heading, I see no need to repeat it- I'd just list the three things.
