Smile Writing a gentle reminder to employee late coming

    Dear All,

I need to send a gentle reminder to employee's late coming. Could anyone suggest me a good letter.

    Regards,
    Tushar Srivastava

    Welcome to the forum.

It's "to employees who come in late". Please try to write the reminder yourself first, post it here and then we will look at it.
Remember - correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing make posts much easier to read.

If this is a serious problem for you, I would concentrate more on being firm than being gentle.

I would think that would depend on management style. I would go for gentle at first.
I think the OP is talking about one employee, hence the apostrophe. In which case it should be "...to an employee who comes in late".

Apologies. I read this on my tiny phone screen so didn't spot where the apostrophe was. I agree that it appears that just one employee is at fault here. Still, we'll find out when the OP attempts to write the message.
