    a question

    when my friend was late for a pointment with me , I said " why didn't you leave your house earlier ? so you wouldn't be in a rush ?

    1. I'd like to know if I said them right ? 8)
    2. by the way, what about if I say " why wouldn't you leave house earlier? any differences? :?

    This, I think, is a little better:
    • Why didn't you leave your house earlier so you wouldn't have to rush?

    Otherwise, your sentence is fine.

    "why wouldn't you leave your house earlier?" is a little different. It means something like why did you refuse to leave your house earlier? It is more like criticism for what the speaker considers willful (recalcitrant) behaviour.
