    Hello Ana

    It means unstructured or careless or non-rigorous thinking.

    "Slops" = "liquid waste" (e.g. the water that's left, once you've finished washing up). And when you pick up a plastic bucket of water carelessly, the water "slops about" or "slops over the edge".
