Hi,
I know butthurt is offensive, not sure how much But is there a polite version I can use to convey a similar meaning.
For example in an online forum where you can upvote/downvote questions:
<people downvoting without commenting what's wrong, which is normally discouraged as OP cannot fix what they think is wrong>
Then you comment:
"Butthurt downvoters, please explain what you think is wrong in the message"
I didn't use this but I think it conveys the meaning well because sometimes you might be say talking about something that people don't like and immediately downvote without merit.
