    Default Problem for asking

It is not grammatical problem. I use cell phone. When I click "Ask a Teacher",I see a page containing a space for writing my questions. But it looks like Microsoft word. As a result,I have to ask via computer. What will I do If I want to post my questions via cell phone?

    Default Re: Problem for asking

I have moved this to the Support Area which is more appropriate. Are you using the Android app or are you looking at the mobile website via the internet browser on your phone? If the latter, what sort of phone and operating system are you using?

On my phone (iPhone) using Safari, the box for posting a question looks exactly the same as it does on my laptop.
Remember - correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing make posts much easier to read.
