    Greetings Red5,

Your system is not allowing me to reply to your post below with logging in which I cannot do.

A link to my post deleted from your system is the following:
    http://www.usingenglish.com/forum/th...-nao?p=1055396

You can also find traces of the deleted post by Googling: “characteristic high-necked white pajama type of garment, called a cu-nao, and he wore open-toed rubber sandals.”

The link to the post that I replied to is the following:
    http://www.usingenglish.com/forum/th...s-this-correct

As you indicated in your post below why would you deleted a post that was accepted by your moderators and delete or deactivate my UserName PHenry1026 if I posted within the rules and guidelines?

Hi, I wonder whether you are using a public computer that's being caught by our spam prevention system - this prevents registrations from IPs that are known to have spammed in the past. Can you please try registering again now with that name?

    Greetings,

I was able to re-register with my previous account name. I am on a private computer and I am the only one that uses my computer. I guess I will have to re-post my deleted post.

Running a bulletin board myself, I understand the need to deter spammers, but I do not believe that your moderators need to act in this manner.

    Thanks for your help

As 5jj mentioned in another of your threads, the moderators here do not arbitrarily delete posts. None of the moderators here recall seeing your post at all, let alone deleting it. It appears that it might have simply disappeared into the great black hole that is cyberspace. It happens to us all occasionally. Simply retype your reply, bearing in mind what I have advised in your other thread about not posting links.

Actually, I remember seeing it, because I tried to find an answer to the question. I didn't realise it ad vanished later, and I have no idea why it did.

Ah, I thought you said you remembered seeing the post that the OP started (about "cu-nao" or similar"). I was referring to the response the OP posted to someone else's question, which does indeed seem to have vanished completely.
