    Default I wasn't disrespectful.

I didn't deserve to get my posts deleted. I did not disrespect anyone, moderators.

Moderators will delete inaccurate or misleading posts.

If an English teacher makes such a post we may use it as a "teaching moment" so they can learn and not pass on bad information to their students. If someone provides a wrong answer in a misguided attempt to be helpful, that post may well be deleted.

You will even see moderators deleting their own posts when they realize they gave a bad answer.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

    Hello, Carolina.
I have no idea whatsoever what you posted there (in the thread above), but I assume your reply was not helpful in some way or you failed to follow the forum's guidelines, which might be the reason for the deletion. You are free to state your opinion, Carolina, but please bear in mind that there are some rules for us to follow. We need them to keep the forums going smoothly. I hope you'll understand what I mean.
