    use of the verb Be

    hi,

I would like to ask that which one of the following sentences is right ?

    A. Many people's dream is to be a President.
    B. Many people's dream are to be a President. (If the dream is replaced to dreams, shall it be the absolutely right sentence)

I don't care if this is a bad dream, but I am confused about the usage of the verb Be at that kind of sentence.

Thank you for your response in advance.

Re: use of the verb Be

I would use A- one dream per person.

Re: use of the verb Be

    Welcome to the forum, ggroup.

Note that it would a little more natural to say "Many people dream of being/becoming President".
Remember - correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing make posts much easier to read.
