Neither sentence is correct. Can you try to explain what you want to say in different words?
Remember - correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing make posts much easier to read.

I only hope you haven't had these posters printed yet.

You seem to mean something like, "Don't blame others if Indian democracy remains: Far from the people; Off the people; Buy the people".
I suppose it's meant to be a parody of "For the people, of the people and by the people." But it doesn't work for me.
I guess the point is, will your intended audience get it? And will it make them vote?

We crossed, as I edited my post.
Yes, there are grave errors. I've posted some amendments above. But you can't make those word plays and be grammatical at the same time. Is grammar important to your audience?

No sir grammar is not important. Because as a creative writer, I just took the liberty to play with the words; for..far, by...buy. Actually in India, people do not step out to vote. but when wrong candidate gets elected, the same people complaint about the corruption. I just want to make a point, that if you do not vote then you do not have right to complaint too. Come out in numbers and show the strength and see how beautiful is the democracy.

    Thank you
