    Default capitalization

    I have a capitalization question -
In a document, I refer to "services provided by federal agencies" I am not capitalizing the word federal. Is this correct?
In the same document, I refer to "the organizations utilize the same board of directors" I am not capitalizing the words "board" and "directors". Is this correct?
