    Which one is correct?

    If you are using the helping verb "to have", it's most likely that you are trying to form a sentence using the present perfect. The present perfect is constructed using the present tense of "to have", plus the past participle of the verb you're interested in.

    That's enough information for you to get the answer. All you have to do is work out whether the past participle of "to be" is "being" or "been".
