    Talking 108-waste v.s squander

    Hello all

What is the difference between (waste) and (squander) in usage?
Do they make any difference in meaning? (If we use them instead of each other)??

    Thanks all

    Matilda

There are cases where both can be used, but others where only one is OK. For instance, 'industrial waste', where waste means an unwanted by-product, cannot be replaced with squander.
