I can't distinguish the words the woman says in the beginning. Here's the phrase:

For a ?????? omelette we'll need one and a half tablespoons of butter, two large eggs, salt to taste.

Yes, I heard "For a savoury omelette we'll need ...". I didn't watch the rest of it, so I have no idea if what she went on to make was indeed a savoury omelette.

OK, so it was a savoury pancake. That, for me, is anything which is not a sweet pancake. If she'd added sugar, it wouldn't have been a savoury pancake. Just a dash of salt does not sound tasty, it's true, but it's savoury.
