    Question Noun or adj

    hello,
this sentence should use nouns(confidence) or adjective(confident)?

The personality traits of entrepreneurs as well as managers are confidence/confident.

    Thank You

    Re: Noun or adj

I'd use the nouns because it is the trait, and not modifying it or describing it.
