    is it correct?

    Is it correct to say "what is the film like?" or "what is the launch like"?
    And can I use it in the past: "What have been the film like? or "What was the launch"?

    Yes, you can say What is the film like?In the past,you can say 'What was the film like?'or 'What was the launch like?'
