    turn on its head

    Content is:

Turning conventional wisdom on its head, he demonstrates that authentic success comes only from authentic living -- an invaluable lesson that goes well beyond the workplace to touch every corner of our lives with affluence, well being, and gratitude.

What does "turning conventional wisdom on its head" mean?

...goes well beyond the workplace... = not only for a working life, but also all aspects of our life, right?

    Thank you!

    Re: turn on its head

Turning conventional wisdom on its head = going against all logical thought.

You're correct in your interpretation of "well beyond the workplace."
