pls can somebody correct my letter content.

First, I looked at my last post (in the other thread), and I noticed a spelling mistake. I guess nobody's perfect.

Please notice the format.

Say:

Dear Sir:​

I hereby inform you that Mrs. Laxshmi had been appointed as a medical officer in grade 11.... (I can't understand the rest, so I can't comment about it.)

Say:​

Miss Laxshmi successfully completed her probation period, and the position was made permanent.
