Is my accent really strong? Can you understand all the words I am saying?

Hello,

I wanted to ask your opinion 'cause I've been living in the UK for almost a year now and some people seem to have some trouble understanding me. Could you give me any advice on how to improve my accent? And could you guess where I am from? :D

I just randomly read an article.

Thanks a lot. :)

Could you upload it to something like YouTube so that people don't have to download the file? I am afraid that many people will not download files from external sources for security reasons.

Your writing is excellent. You've only been in the UK for a year, so unless you're a talented mimic, your Hungarian accent is probably still strong.

Most people keep their original accents for their entire lives, and there's nothing wrong with that. It's much more important to master grammar, vocabulary, and usage, and it looks like you're doing well at those.
