    enhanced disclosure

I have recently read one job offer advertisment on internet and I have come across this two sentences:

Successful applicants are required to provide an enhanced disclosure. Employer will meet disclosure expense

    Questions:

    1. What does an "enhanced disclosure" mean?

    2. What does "Pension available" mean? Does it mean accommodation?

    Re: enhanced disclosure

In the travel industry a pension refers to a small hotel or boarding house, but in the context of employment, pension refers to something else. It's for when you retire - for your old age. It's a regular stipend paid by the government to retired people.
