I'm not sure about the usage of "the last person who..." or "the last person to do something".

Would all the sentences below all right to use?

a) Mary is the last person who I want to come to the party.
b) Mary would be the last person who I want to come to the party.
c) Tom is the last person to betray others.
d) Tom would be the last person to betray others.

I think (b) and (d) is in the subjunctive mood.

I think all four are acceptable, but most of them can be improved.

a) Mary is the last person I would want to come to the party.
b) Mary would be the last person I would want to come to the party.
c) Tom is the last person who would betray others.
d) Tom would be the last person to betray others.
