I have a question and it comes from the live performance below:

I'm sorry if you don't like that or you find it annoying.:)

When she repeats the chorus second time and the pitch goes higher,
she drops the aspiration of unvoiced consonants, like:

I keep going to the river to pray
'Cause I need something that can wash all the pain
And at most I'm sleeping all these demons away
But your ghost, the ghost of you
It keeps me awake

I'd like to know what it sounds like to a native ear.
Because to me, it's like she is singing "geep", "bray", "bain".

I can hear the original words, but the /k/ of keeps in the fourth line is almost inaudible, so it's close to eeps.
