    Hi,

    what would patronising mean in this sentence :

    She's a lovely person. She's very nice and she doesn't seem patronising'

    Someone who is "patronising" talks to you as if he knows a lot about the subject under discussion, and you know very little.

    It's an assumption of superior knowledge.
