Im trying to express the meaning that the heart wants its something.
Is it correct?

It means that a person can't necessarily help whom he or she falls in love with; sometimes there is no logical explanation for the attraction. For example, Mary informs her parents that she is madly in love with Roy and plans to marry him. "Are you kidding?" Her mom is mystified.
