My ward rohini gupta of class 11-C has to go to attend SJM (silver jublie meet) King George Medical College in Lucknow from 18 December to 21 December.
Unfortunately, Her biology test is scheduled on 18 december which she would not be able to give on that day.
Acknowledging/ understanding the fact that giving the test is very important. I would like to request you to please give her the permission to give the test on 15 December;2014.
We would be gratefull to you if u grant her the permission to give the test.

Don't capitalise "Her" after a comma.
"u" is not a word.
Capitalise Rohini Gupta in the first line of the letter.
Capitalise November.
