If someone over asks me over the phone to raise the volume of my phone. So can I say "Volume is already at its highest" or do I need to say? "It's already full".

No, not "full." It's "up all the way." Or, as you said "at its highest."

Your initial sentence is incorrect. Over the what? You also need "the" before "volume"

Your "If" clause is not a complete sentence (again). Your entire post should read "If someone asks me over the (missing word) to raise the volume of my phone, can I say "Volume is already at its highest" or do I need to say "It's already full"?

Note the construction and note the correct placement of the question mark. Only one question mark was required for your entire post.

It should be: Could you please tell me what my mistakes are?

In the title, you use it's, when it should be its, and Mike has already told you to put the before volume.

Tufguy, you seem to have a basic problem with understanding what a complete sentence is. Do you understand why "What my mistakes are" is not a complete sentence nor is it a question.

So, it should be "The volume is already at its highest".
