The following sentence is cited from a textbook which is fairly old and I can not find it through internet. The photoes below may indicates its source.

{And I take heart [from the fact]} {that the enemy, [which boasts that it can occupy the strategic point in a couple of hours,] has not yet been able to take even the outlying regions, [because of the stiff resistence (that gets in the way.)]}

1. {} is the main clause; {} is the appositive clause.
2. [] is the attributive clause modifying the enemy; [] is the adverbial clause.
3. () is the attributive clause modifying resistence embeded in the adverbial clause.
4. [] is a prepositional phrase in the main clause.

I don't know if my analysis is right or not. Please comment with brackets as I do if you have different understanding. Thanks.
