Dear all,

Is it a relative clause for the following sentence? If yes, how can I cut it into clauses?'The product of what
is perhaps the only project in the world dedicated to breeding dogs solely to detect drugs.'

Thanks,

First, your "sentence" is not a sentence. It starts with a noun subject (The product) and then comes a preposition (of), which is followed by a long noun clause that acts as the preposition's object. There is no main verb in the "sentence".
