I'll catch [up with] [you] on the flip side [of something]
"Flip Side" is used to mean the reverse or opposite of something.

    See: http://www.answers.com/flip+side

Therefore, they are saying the they will meet up with someone after an event has occured.

    Does that help?

Literally, "flip side" referred to the B-side of a record (a 45 in the US, 7-inch single elsewhere). "Catch ya on the flip side" has a few meanings, depending upon the context. It can simply mean "see you later," or it can mean (particular when used by truck drivers), "I'll see you on my return trip."
