    Thumbs up Arbitrary

    Hi!

I still do not know the exact meaning for "arbitrary". Does it mean fair or unfair?

    Thank you,
    Murli

    Re: Arbitrary

There are two meanings for the word. One is unfair, another, chance.

    Thank you, Alanmo.

But how do we know that arbitrary conveys the meaning of "unfair" or "chance" in a sentence. Please clarify.

    Thank you,
    Murli
