If I am taking status for more than one claim over the phone from the insurance represenetive.I am not aware that how many claims can she help me with in one go or at once. Shall I say "Please tell me when we have had enough or have done enough"?

I have 20 claims and I need help with all of them. I don't know how many can she help me with over the phone. So I want to tell her that she should tell me when she feels that she has done enough.

Should I say "You can stop giving me statues whenever you feel like not giving me any more statues?"

In the first scenario, there were no statues. Check your spelling.

I have 20 claims and I need help with all of them.
"I have 20 claims to check. If that's too many, please tell me when I've taken too much of your time, and I'll call back another time."

I would simply expect customer service to serve me. If they feel that they need to stop doing so, let them be the ones to tell me that.

From the OP's "I am not aware that how many claims can she help me with in one go or at once", I assumed he did want her to say when she felt she'd done enough. However, I see your point - if she works for customer services and the caller is the customer, she should keep answering questions until the caller has finished their enquiry.

Is it correct to say. "Please inform me when you feel like not giving me any more statues?"

Please stop writing "statues". I already told you in post #6 to check your spelling.
