Which of the names below do you think is most correct and/or preferred for a Public Insurance Adjustment and Analytics company?

1. Black Abacus Group, Inc. (Slogan: Public Adjustments & Analytics)
***With this name, we could do more than just adjustments because the name is open ended, etc.

2. Square Abacus, Inc. (Slogan: Public Adjustments & Analytics)
***With this name, we could do more than just adjustments because the name is open ended, etc.

3. Abacus Adjustment Group, Inc.

4. Abacus Adjustment, Inc.
***Is it incorrect to exclude the 's' in 'adjustment'?

5. Abacus Adjustments, Inc.

6. Acculade, Inc. (Slogan: Public Adjustments & Analytics)
***With this name, we could do more than just adjustments because the name is open ended, etc.

Thank you so very much!

On a personal note, which company would you choose if you were a customer?

I would get rid of the word Slogan. In#4, I would use Adjustments. I don't particularly like #6- I'm no fan of these made up company names that sound like they could be words.

Thank you Tdol. I guess 'Adjustment' needs the letter 's' to make it plural since Adjustment just doesn't sound right by itself if not followed by 'Group' or 'Company', etc.

The slogan part is something that goes underneath the name in terms of a logo being created.

'Black Abacus Group', is this somewhat shadowed by any possible negative connotation?

Thanks again.

Not to me- it's the same as using Square. I have no idea why these words are being used, but don't worry about them. My brother works for a firm that takes its name from the place they used to have their offices= they sold them a long time ago and moved to new premises, but no one ever questions this, even though the name is quite distinctive.

Thanks Tdol. I eventually went with: Abacus Precision Group, Inc.
