When I was choosing the direction of my education in 2000 it was important for me to choose a profession that would allow me to continue studying foreign languages and also to understand how our society, organizations, companies and individuals operate from the economic aspect worldwide. So I have decided to study Economics with a Specialization in the International Economy. After graduating University I was working in the international payment department of some Russian bank, in the private international companies and at list several years ago I have started to work in human resources consulting area in American company in Moscow.

Now globalization is an important part of any business development and everyday in my work I am a part of some cross-cultural environment: companies and management from different part of the world acting together in a various way, communicating and building their business strategies. As a consultant who participates in the human resources development projects and international recruitment I need to be in a charge of different business topics, be able to communicate with our clients effectively and to fulfill their demands correctly. It is very important for me to do properly selection and development of personnel as well as coaching and communication. Each company is defined by corporate culture and people who are working within. That is why I should be able to find a personnel with unique human skills able to work and to be a part of some existing team. During all my work I felt the lack of some psychological knowledge that is why I started my second education in Russia in the area of Psychology. I did not graduate in Psychology because in 2014 I relocated to Germany with my German husband who wanted to live in his homeland.

My professional goal is to work as a recruitment specialist and career development consultant. Pursuing a research-oriented masters program is a necessary step in order to achieve this goal. This program supposed to develop skills in areas such as organizational, social and consumer psychology, behavioral economics, change management and organizational development, advanced research methods and intercultural management, which are really core for me.

Ultimately, I have chosen the ____ University of Applied Sciences because Students of your University advised me. They emphasize that the academic aspects of studying process are very good and high profile professors and researchers are working. Also a great advantage was that teaching method is very effective and modernized focused on practical topics.
