It's difficult to generalise about Western foods as each country has its own cuisine and eats different things. However, rice is not such a staple, though we do eat it, and potatoes, bread, pasta, etc, are used. Also, food is different in size- because we use knives and forks not chopsticks, we cook larger pieces of meat an fish and cut them up on the plates. There are things we eat that are less common in your country- most European countries produce many different kinds of cheese, for example, with countries like France and England producing hundreds of different ones. Tea in England is also different- we mostly drink black tea and add a small amount of milk to it.
