    Question Sentence

    Hi, which sentence is correct? --
    1. "Poor-quality information should not be used at this stage of the survey at all."
    2. "Poor-quality information should not be used at all at this stage of the survey."

    "At all" in not necessary. "Poor quality information should not be used at this stage of the survey."

    Thanks. But if I would like to use 'at all' for emphasis, which one would be correct?
