    whats right?

    I want to say after getting my sms give me a miss call (on cell)

    which 1 is more appropriate

    1)when u got my sms give me a Buzz.
    2)when u get my sms give me a Buzz.

    That's right. "got" doesn't fit your example. It's the past tense of "get". Here's a sentence where "got" works:

    When you got my sms yesterday, did you Buzz me?
