An internet pack got activated on my mobile phone. I never asked for it. It happened itself and it has happened several times without my consent so, I think it is being done by the service provider deliberatly. "Super modle pack got activated on my mobile phone number several times, but none of the time I asked for it. It got activated itself". What should I be saying "I never asked for it to get activated" or "none if the times I asked for it"?.

"I have never asked for it to be activated." This has the advantage of meaning "none of the times" (which is not proper English, but is the meaning you want).
