Why would you want someone to force you to meet his/her brother?
If you mean that you want the listener to make arrangements for you to meet his brother, then say something like "I'd like to meet your brother. Can you arrange that?", "Please give me the chance to meet your brother?" or, as Matthew suggested, "Let me meet your brother" (I would add "please").
Matthew's other suggestion is grammatically correct and sounds as if the other person has already suggested that you meet his brother and you really don't want to.
