Hi Friends,

I am staying abroad and my son is studying at home town. He is studying in KG now, and we are seeking admission for 1st standard in the same school different branch. Since I am not in town I couldn't sign his new school admission forms. Now school is asking a letter to process his new school admission. I am not good in writing letters, please help me to write a formal letter to school principal stating all the above facts and considering him for the 1st standard admission.

Thank you.

We don't write letters for people. Why don't you try it and then we can help you with what you wrote.

In this country (USA) we would say first grade. Is first standard the same thing?

Please note that "it's" is the contraction.
