    Question How to avoid ambiguity

“The conditions required to obtain the estimator of the parameter equal 10 are as follows.”
I have no idea how to rewrite the sentence to avoid the ambiguity; in this sentence '10' seems to refer to the “parameter”, although I want it to refer to the “estimator”. Could you help me with this?

    Thanks,
    Nyggus
